The asset license is set to "Creative Commons Attribution v4.0 International" but the license.txt file in the zip contains a different license which forbids redistribution ("directly" is not clear), is this intended? I don't think that I can make a game with the asset if it can't be redistributed, or it needs to be clarified.

Aah, thanks for letting me know. I've already adjusted it to CC BY 4.0 in license.txt, which is what I wanted back then.
You can re-download the assets.

Hi what size are these tiles, I wonder if they can be used in Rpg Maker MZ?

if you want you need to scale it to 2x (16 => 32) , it will probably work with RPGM
